# How to Request your Daily dFLORA

1. In [#sprout-playground](https://discord.gg/pDQMj2tBgH), type: `/flora-faucet`
2. You will receive a DM from Sprout after a successful claim

* Dispense 20 dFLORA once every 24 hours
* Awards 10 XP per successful claim
